Der Wanderweg führt Sie um den 738 Meter hohen Dommel. Auf diesem befindet sich ein Aussichtsturm. Ein Aufstieg zum Dommelturm ist für Gehbehinderte nicht empfehlenswert (starke Steigung und schlechter Wegezustand). Bei Nässe ist mit schlammigen Abschnitten zu rechnen. Keine Einkehrmöglichkeit am Weg, Ruhebänke befinden sich am Parkplatz.
