Durch den Ort geht es aufwärts in das obere Aartal. Vorbei an der Grillstation überquert man die Aar und am Fuße des Orenberges geht es auf die große Freifläche mit schönen Ausblicken. Weiter führt der Weg, steil hinauf auf den Orenberg. Vom Gipfelkreuz hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Willingen und die umliegende Landschaft. Von nun an geht es nur noch abwärts, am Iberg-Skilift vorbei zurück nach Schwalefeld.
