Der Zubringer startet am Bahnhof in Neuenrade, wo genügend Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Am Kreisverkehr biegt der Weg rechts ab und verläuft zuerst durch Neuenrade, später durch Wiesen und Wälder hinauf zum Kohlberg. An der von Neuenrade nach Dahle führenden Landstraße L 698 trifft der Zuweg auf den Sauerland-Höhenflug. Hier befindet sich ebenfalls ein Parkplatz und nur wenige Meter weiter der Quitmannsturm, von dem eine herrliche Panoramasicht auf das Land der 1000 Berge genossen werden kann.

Getting there

Verlassen Sie die Autobahn 45 an der Anschlussstelle 14 - Lüdenscheid - und fahren rechts in Richtung Werdohl. Folgen Sie der B229 für ca. 15 km bis zum Ortseingang Neuenrade. Von der A46 kommend verlassen Sie die Autobahn an der Anschlussstelle 46 - Arnsberg-Hüsten - und folgen der B229 für ca. 30 km bis Neuenrade.
