Diese Tour führt durch die "Kerbe" hinauf zum Ettelsberg. Man walkt über den Waldlehrpfad, weiter unter dem Anlauf der Mühlenkopfschanze bis zum "Lüttecke Feld", wo man den höchsten Punkt der Strecke erreicht hat. Ab nun geht es auf relativ ebenen Trassen über die "Große Grube", vorbei am Hochheideturm auf der Nordseite des Ettelsberges wieder talwärts, zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
