Finnentrops Osten steht auf dem Programm dieser welligen Tour. Über Fretter geht es in einem ständigen auf und nieder nach Wormbach im Schmallenberger Land. Hier dreht die Route durch weiterhin offene Felderlandschaft nach Norden, um nach fast flachen Passagen Eslohe zu erreichen. Zurück geht es über Serkenrode nochmals nach Fretter und am Fretterbach entlang zurück nach Finnentrop.
